About Our Lettings
The Brookvale Groby Learning Campus offers a fabulous range of facilities for hire, including a Sports Hall, Dance Studio, Grass Football Pitches, and a Floodlit Astroturf Pitch. Our campus is happy to host all sorts of occasions, from private parties, weddings, and conferences to tournaments, dance performances, and fun days. We welcome both community groups and sports clubs to use these facilities.
We provide free access to Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. The campus offers security for the duration of the booking and is fully accessible for people with disabilities, with designated parking, disabled toilets, wide double doors, and level access.
Our Facilities
Outdoor Spaces
All-Weather Pitch
A full-sized 2G sand-dressed hockey/football pitch is available. The area is 97.5m x 61m, totalling 5948m². Football and hockey goals are available, and access to changing rooms may be provided.
Sports Fields
Our grass field offers a flexible facility with markings for a range of sports. Please note that there is no external lighting available, so the facility can only be used during daylight hours.
Lettings are open 7 days a week, with closures only during bank holidays and extended opening hours during school holidays. There is ample parking available on-site.
Indoor Spaces
Groby Sports Hall
This is a superb indoor training facility perfect for 5-a-side football, badminton, cricket, and many other sports and activities. The Sports Hall measures approximately 535m².
Brookvale Hall
Ideal for fitness classes and large conferences, this hall measures 222m².
Brookvale Gymnasium
An excellent traditional indoor sport activity space. It is the perfect facility for junior sports groups, fitness classes, and martial arts clubs. The gymnasium measures approximately 222m².
Dance Studio
The drama studio has excellent facilities with a 175-seat capacity . It features a theatre space with tiered seating, a floor-level stage, and lighting. It can also be used as an open space for dance, drama, and music, and features a sound system and a technician area on request.
Halls
Our halls provide flexible options and are popular for many different events, including meetings, conferences, and private parties. They include kitchen and catering facilities.
Conference Room
Our conference room is ideal for meetings of up to 16 people in a boardroom style. The room has a projector and a whiteboard.
Post 16 Classroom
This is an adaptable teaching and training space, ideal for training, interviews, and group activities. The room seats up to 40 people comfortably. A projector, whiteboard, and computer access are available on request
Classrooms
An adaptable teaching and training space, ideal for training, interviews, and group activities. The classrooms seat up to 30 people comfortably. A large interactive touch screen and computer access are available on request.
Groby Post 16 Dining Hall
This is an indoor eating and meeting space. The Dining Hall measures approximately 114m² and seats up to 110 people.
