Our campus operates an entirely cashless system.  All students are set up with an account which they can use to purchase items from the canteen.  When students join the campus we issue parents with an initial log-in and password in order to set up their account.

All students are issued with an ID card.

Our online payment system is Arbor. This enables parents/carers to load money onto the lunch account for their child.  It is also used to pay for bus fares, trips and other payment items.

Parents can credit their child’s account with a debit/credit card on-line via Arbor.  It is vital that all students ensure they have enough money on their account BEFORE they choose food at break and lunch. Credit and lending of money is not possible.

By registering on Arbor you are able to see what your child buys in school and the balance on their account plus amounts owed for any trips/activities and the date that payment is due.

Students eligible for Free School Meals will automatically receive the daily allowance on their account; consequently it is vital that all free school meals application forms are submitted to Leicestershire County Council promptly.

Free School Meals

Could your child be eligible for free school meals?

For every student eligible for free schools the campus receives additional funding.  The campus uses this funding to enhance staffing to provide additional support in classrooms.  We also subsidise some trips and extra curricular activities.  To see if your child is eligible for free school meals please see the guidance:

Application form for ‘Free School Meals’

If your child is eligible for meals but your child chooses not to make use of them, the campus still receives the funding.  If you need any help with your application please do not hesitate to contact the campus office.
